Delivery & Returns
We deliver nationally throughout the Republic of Ireland. Deliveries are free of charge for all orders over €75.00 nationally. Deliveries below these thresholds will be charged at €7.95.
School accounts will qualify for free delivery on all orders subject to account verification. This is based on a number of criteria to be established at account opening stage. This is subject to change at the sole discretion of Arty. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Our standard delivery time frame on all stock items will be 3-5 business days. Items not in stock will carry an extended delivery date however we will advise you on the estimated delivery date once the order has been received. Some deliveries will be carried out by a third-party courier network, such as DPD, and although we expect orders to be delivered within 3-5 working days there may be particularly busy periods throughout the year where this is not possible, for example at back to school time and in the lead up to Christmas.
Arty will use its best endeavours to complete deliveries within the above stated timeframe however we cannot guarantee this turnaround time. If you have a particularly urgent requirement, please contact the team directly to discuss.
School customers should note that the back-to-school time is an exceptionally busy period for Arty. To ensure you receive your items in time for the start of the school term we advise orders are placed in a timely manner and that you contact us to agree a timed delivery. We will always work with you as best we can.
If goods are damaged or faulty when received, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. If you have been left short any goods from your delivery you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
If you wish to return any item purchased from Arty, please be advised of the following:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods of your intention to return the goods at email@example.com. You must quote your order number to allow us to identify the order and products you are looking to return.
- You must return the goods so they are receipted back to us within 28 days of you receiving the goods.
- The goods must be accompanied by a receipt and note the reason for the goods being returned.
- Note do not just ship goods back to Arty without accompanying documentation as we will not be in a position to link the goods back to your order.
- The goods should be returned to us in their original packaging and in a “as new” saleable condition. Damaged or used goods cannot be refunded. Food items and perishable goods cannot be refunded.
- Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable. Except in circumstances where the product is reported as damaged or faulty when received.
- Once items are received back to our warehouse, a refund will be issued back to your credit card, less the cost of the return shipping.
- Re-stocking charge may apply to products returned by the customer if no damage or fault is found.
